Yerba Mate
How to Prepare

Fill the Cup
Add yerba mate to your cup until it's about 2/3 full.
Tilt the Cup
Tilt the mate cup so the yerba shifts to one side, forming a slope
Insert the Bombilla
Insert the bombilla (Metal straw) into the lower side of the yerba slope.
Add Hot water
Slowly pour hot water (not boiling, about 160-175°F) into the empty side of the ground
Sip and Enjoy
Drink through the bombila. Refill with more water as needed, and share with friends!
