Yerba Mate

Yerba mate is a tree native to the Atlantic Forest of South America.

Its leaves are charged with natural caffeine, theobromine (also found in chocolate), and polyphenols (also found on green tea).

These properties provide a smooth energy boost, improve focus, and reduce appetite.

"I drink yerba tea lattes 2-3 times a day. Previously was using an Argentine brand but I ran out and needed Yerba the next day. I decided to give this a try after finding a positive Reddit review, and I’m so pleased I did! Met my expectations in aroma , taste and effects . Big Plus that it’s organic and unsmoked, I prefer air dry . Also thankful for the resealable bag."

" This yerba mate tea is very soothing to drink. I put the bags in my tea maker and the smell is very organic and wonderful to breathe in. The taste is very mild yet the caffeine gives me energy throughout the day. Overall a very refreshing tea to drink during the day.
