How do subscription orders work vs. one-time purchases?

Subscription orders repeat automatically based on the schedule you choose (for example, every 30 days), and you’ll receive subscription pricing and benefits. One-time purchases are a single order with no automatic renewals.

How can I view my upcoming subscription orders and charges?

You can manage everything from your customer subscription portal: view upcoming charge dates, edit your shipping address, update payment details, and see your order history.

What is your minimum subscription policy (2 payments minimum)?
  1. To keep subscription discounts fair for long-term subscribers, subscriptions require a minimum of 2 successful payments before cancellation is available.
  • Your first payment is the initial checkout when you start your subscription.
  • Your second payment is the next scheduled recurring charge.

    After 2 payments have been processed, you can cancel anytime from the subscription portal.
What if I don’t want the next shipment yet, but I’m not eligible to cancel?
  1. No problem—most customers use one of these options in the subscription portal:
  • Skip the next order
  • Reschedule/Delay the next charge date
  • Swap products (when available)
