Tea bag of choice

I find Yerba to be more agreeable to my stomach compared to black and green teas as well as coffee. These particular tea bags are very good, a hint of sweet and a touch of bitter probably closest to green tea. When I use these, I usually throw 2 bags into a 20 ounce thermal bottle, keep them in there while drinking, and if I run out and want to refill, just add a new bag into the mix. It allows me to have a nice steady amount of energy throughout the day without getting too caffeinated. They also work well as an iced tea! I personally like to use pineapple juice as the sweetener.

My new favorite brand!

Been drinking their loose-leaf option for some time now (Argentinian friend recommended it).I decided to also try their tea bags, and I love them!I normally use two tea bags, I through them in my tumbler with hot water and drive around drinking it.This is way better than coffee since it gives me a steady energy throughout the day.It also tastes delicious and includes a lot of tea bags for the money.

Heck Yeah! Tea with a kick!

Love this stuff! I'm a person who prefers tea and had stopped drinking coffee years ago but had never tried Yerba Mate tea. After trying, I am a complete fan.It has caffeine as many teas do, but to me, it feels almost like an expresso boost of energy but without the jitters. I mean, I feel like I am much more alert and I have much more energy during my days when I drink this stuff.Did some research and found out that the yerba mate plant is a tree in South America that is known for its caffeine and is quite popular in several South American regions. Some countries drink it plain while others drink it with adding sweeteners and/or citrus juices. I've been experimenting and trying many different ways to find out which method I I prefer best but I can drink it plain or sometimes I do add a sweetener, it just depends on how I feel. Some people say it's best not to boil the water completely while others say it should be at a certain temperature. So I will suggest trying this with many different water temperatures to find out what suits you best.It could be me, but it seems like after steeping in hot water that the water cools down quite quickly which seems different from other hot beverages. Just my observation. I actually like that I don't have to wait long to really drink down the concoction because the water seems to cool so quickly after I've steeped my bag. Another thing, I've noticed is that while the water turns kind of a golden brown, it seems to get darker as time progresses to like a dark green. The tea itself has many different tastes that is hard for me to describe. It has an earthy woodsy taste and smell that can be mild or bitter depending on the various methods you prepare it and how hot or cool the water is when you steep it.In my research, I found that it may provide some much needed weight loss especially in the belly area if that is a factor for you. But that is my research and not what this product is claiming. I just know I like the way it makes me feel and the subtle boots of energy that it gives me after drinking it which lasts throughout the day.I would definitely recommend trying this, especially if you don't have any caffeine aversions.

Good value for money.

It's pretty difficult to get yerba mate in tea bags. It usually comes loose-leaf, which is fine, but I can't steep tea leaves at work. This is a huge bag of no-frills tea bags. They don't have strings and they're not pyramid bags. They're basic paper bags that get the job done. The price reflects that, as these are very reasonable at roughly 20 cents a cup.The tea tastes great. It didn't make an awfully dark cup of tea in terms of color, but the flavor was still strong. I'll absolutely drink more of this.I liked the art of Frankenstein cleaning his surfboard. Don't know what that has to do with tea, but it's fun. Sadly, I went to find out more about this brand but their website doesn't work and neither does their listed social media account. With that in mind, I can't put much stock in their promise to plant a tree for each bag sold, but perhaps they're just starting up and need some time.

Great taste and definitely mood booster

I had read many reviews for this tea, most said it was very odd or bad tasting. I found the tea to be very pleasant, with earthy tones. It definitely gives you a mood boost with energy. It’s well worth the try and the money I am super happy with the purchase.
